My peers constantly kill my motivation to lose weight. How can I ignore it?
ok first of all, if you arent fat and you are curvy thats fine. society gives off the idea that skinny is good or sexy, so dont get all down. second try a diet again. but eat small meals every 2-3 hours. this is the right way of eating. why do you think Europeans are skinny. dont skip meals, that makes you gain weight. go jogging and do some shadowboxing. dont eat junk food. just say i dont care what they say, and only care what you think. you cant let your life be controlled and influenced on what others say.
