Can i take frozen baconand sausages in a suitcase to portugal from uk?

Hahaha I did exactly the same on a self-catering holiday. You need to make sure that they are really frozen solid then only take them from freezer just before you leave for the airport, wrap them in lots of newspaper, then put in sealed plastic bags, then upon arrival straight into the fridge.........it worked for me and they were still a little frozen when I got there.
